Delivering Outstanding Quality Care.
We understand every care story is personal, because ours is no different.
HOME CARE
Home care (also known as domiciliary care) provides a wide range of services to help you or anyone who chooses to remain living in their own home, safely and securely as possible. By choosing to receive a service/s from Primelycare, will greatly reduce the need to move into a retirement complex or care home.
24 - HOUR CARE
If you or your loved one has acute care needs, they may require support from a professional throughout the day and the night, this is 24-hour care.
This is also known as round-the-clock care provides those with medical needs the constant care they require.
RESPITE AND HOLIDAY CARE
This is flexible care cover for when your regular carer needs a break. For your hard-working full-time carers, sometimes a short break or a holiday is just what they need to recharge their batteries. We provide flexible care workers, who are capable of fulfilling all of those regular care duties in their absence.
For many years, we have been providing our care quality home care services to the members of the communities
When you or your loved one receives care services from a Primelycare be assured you are being cared for by someone who has undergone a thorough background check and physical assessment, and someone who is committed to being there for you or your loved one in your time of need.
Eleanor our founder who has worked in the healthcare sector as well as being a carer for many years understands what it means to put herself in a client's shoes and how important to find the right care for loved ones. Having a deep background to fully understanding how difficult it is to arrange care and finding the right solution was why she started Primelycare to cater to people needing care or finding it difficult to arrange care for the loved elderly and vulnerable people.
24-hour live-in quality care services can have better outcomes for your Mental health and Physical health than if you go to a care home or a nursing home. "the data certainly suggests that live-in care is associated with fewer falls than seen in residential care, perhaps because of the opportunities to be more active and engaged in self-care and the ethos of moving more, and sitting less."
Being in a familiar place or surrounded by the people, and things you love. This means that you don’t have to separate from everything that is familiar to you. THOUGHTFUL SERVICE
We were lucky to have Elle as our caregiver. She was diligent in monitoring our mother's blood sugar level and blood pressure, and ensuring that she took her medication on time. Additionally, she took great care of our father and always prepared delicious meals. Elle was also skilled at motivating our mother to leave the house, which was beneficial for her condition. We are grateful for all that she did for our family.
